Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute control over your email boxes and mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box in an instant and manage its settings easily. In addition, you can forward e-mail messages from one mailbox to another, configure email filters, create autoresponder messages and protect your e-mail boxes against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mailbox accounts against spam mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired emails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific email account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming email messages on the basis of specific criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and define the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming email messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Just specify the e-mail account you wish to redirect electronic mails from, then select the destination mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your e-mail box accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
