About CEO

Kacho Mehboob Ali Khan is the Chief Executive Officer of LiquidNet (Private) Limited, a SECP-registered information technology and digital infrastructure company based in Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan.

Mr. Khan is widely recognized as a technology pioneer and digital infrastructure advocate in Gilgit-Baltistan. He holds an academic background from Royal Holloway, University of London, and has received advanced professional training from Oxford University. He is also professionally certified by Microsoft and Cisco, reflecting his strong technical and leadership foundation in global IT systems.

With over a decade of experience in international IT services and infrastructure development, Mr. Khan has played a key role in establishing and scaling IT Parks in Gilgit-Baltistan, initiatives supported by USAID and European development missions. These projects focus on creating sustainable digital ecosystems, workforce development, and international outsourcing opportunities for local youth.

During 2024–2025, Mr. Khan represented Pakistan in a series of high-level engagements in Germany and London, where he worked with European stakeholders to strengthen cross-border technology collaboration. Following these engagements, he announced a strategic expansion of IT infrastructure in Gilgit-Baltistan under the vision of “Global Connectivity and Local Empowerment.”

Under his leadership, LiquidNet (Private) Limited has established strategic partnerships with UK-based LiquidNet Ltd, as well as global technology platforms such as Axigen and ISPmanager, enabling the deployment of secure, enterprise-grade hosting and email infrastructure aligned with European operational and security standards.

Mr. Khan is committed to ensuring that the youth of Gilgit-Baltistan are not only participants but leaders in the global digital economy. His work continues to attract international collaboration, promote technology transfer, and position the region as an emerging technology hub in Pakistan.
